- Updating all data change request raised through OTRS.
- Support providing data enrichment/changes/updating the existing Catalog.
- Provide one flow support to all the internal stakeholders in regards to any corrections
- required on the Existing products.
- Support Seller Account Issue team and SS Listing Support with regards to all Seller
- Disable/Enable FSNs with regards to Catalog errors from the website (Litigation etc)
- Analyze the data and do a clean-up of attributes/ images to provide clean/error free data
- on the website.
- Resolve all the miss-shipment cases by either placing the FSN on hold or doing the data
- corrections to avoid any further escalations.
- Work closely with the FA Ops and provide them support on the in-warding issues.
- Support the internal stakeholders with regards to Data sanitary checks/ website QC.
- Helps with data migration of any vertical.
- Works on updating the correct paths for the FSNs with the help of Launch.
- Update different products states based on the request as- Ready/Draft/On-Hold.
- Updates the size chart requests received directly from the Sellers or Category.
